Absract: The presented research is aimed at revealing the verbal and paraverbal specificity of the formation and functioning of the social-network discourse (SND) (by R.K. Potapova) in the world electronic media, defined by us as a distant mediated, multivector-multidirectional, simultaneously-time in real time (on-line) and off-set (off-line), a multidimensional electronic macro-polylogue that reflects interpersonal, interethnic, inter-confessional, socio-economic, geopolitical, etc. types of relations, which is directly expressed in the specifics of verbal and paraverbal correlates of written and oral discursive utterances. The search for and selection of relevant features of the above types of communication allows us to create a system of verbal and paraverbal determinants of emotional-modal behavior of communicants, both in dialogical and in antidiological relations.
