Absract: Russian State Library. We introduce 9 previously unpublished Muravyev’s translations: “An Epigram of Boileau”, “An Epigram against the Abbot Cotin”, “An Epigram on the French Academy”, “From the Lectern”, “An Epigram from the Latin original”, “The Complaint to The Tuileries. From Boileau’s works”, “An Epistle to the King”, “The Beginning of Boileau’s Discourse to the King”, “The Blessed. From Boileau” (“Here are the charming places…”). In addition, we bring out “Poems to Boileau’s Portrait by Rousseau” that shows Muravyev’s interest in the formation of the reputation of the French classical author. Besides, we present an early variant of Muravyev’s “Essay on Poetry”.
